WORST MEMORY "I don't know... I don't really have a WORST memory, but I can think up some pretty messed up ones. Like last year, our professor asked us to write an essay on something that interested us so naturally I wrote about the gas crisis in Applewood and how that will effect our cities economy years from now. Well, my stupid roommate actually stole my paper and turned it in as his own. Obviously, the professor realized that there were two identical papers and I got a zero on the whole assignment!"
OVERALL PERSONALITY
Aaron is a well-rounded sort of guy. He studies on the weekdays and parties on the weekdays, even though partying isn’t one of the top things on his list, but that’s how he keeps up appearances with his friends and even though it’s hard at time to manage school work and leisure, somehow he manages it and that's just what he does. Academics will always be first in his heart, though, even if his friends do give him a hard time about it. Trust me, if he had a choice he would rather be alone and left to his work. Aaron is a very ambitious person, and he’s pretty good at staying focused… except when a gorgeous woman passes his way, of course. In which case, he is very well known as a ladies’ man. He doesn’t try to be, but it seems like his ambitious drive, flashy motorcycle, and ‘rugged good looks’ do all the work for him.
His parents had taught him well while they were together, and although Aaron is still a gentleman at heart, he often puts on a front when his friends are around. He doesn't want to be that "sensitive guy" that all of his friends make fun of, so he decides to hide it as best he can. He's pretty insecure and doesn't like to be thought bad of, but there is another side of him that comes out every so often. Few people have seen it, but at times Aaron can actually be silly and let loose. At a party, if he’s drunk enough, you could easily find him making a fool of himself (and he really enjoys it) but he often finds it less than funny when he ends up being the fool around someone he likes. It’s not like Aaron’s trying to find a soul mate or anything, but he’d still prefer to give off a good impression to anyone he meets, whether it’s someone he likes, or not.
I guess you could say that he's that kid in school that's a "cool nerd." People like him, and hey, he's also an awesome tutor. Aaron loves writing and anything to do with literature and things of that nature. Get him going on a conversation about coordinating conjunctions and he's liable to rant on for hours, but sit him down with a book of poetry and he might get lost. He doesn't like to use the creative side of his brain so much as finding out the facts. He's one of those guys that's fact-oriented and he needs it spelled out for him. So ladies, don't try to hint things and hope that he can read between the lines. Nine times out of ten you'll find yourself disappointed.

OVERALL HISTORY There wasn’t much to say when it came to Aaron Reid’s life. It was pretty normal for the most part. He had normal friends, a normal family, and a pretty normal college life in a normal town. He was born in Seattle, Washington: home of Starbucks, grudge music, and whatever else you could think of that was semi-artsy, but not from Europe. He was a good student and an only child. His parents divorced when he was going into fourth grade, and he seemed to handle it well for his age. Both of his parent’s stayed in Seattle and he would switch ‘visits’ with them on a bi-weekly basis. That continued all throughout his middle school career and when he reached freshman year, his mother had received full custody of him and that was his permanent place of residence, although he was free to see his father whenever.
He excelled through high school and promptly excepted a four-year scholarship to a university in Applewood, New York. It was a long way from home, but he was looking forward to the new experience and so he packed his bags and headed toward his new future. Applewood was nice, but it lacked the thrill of the big city, which he missed from living in Seattle. The classes were good though, and Aaron took a liking to several of his teachers. They also enjoyed his zeal for writing and he would often stay after class to meet up with them and discuss his ideas… but lately he’s had trouble disclosing everything he’s had to say with them.
All around town there had been more and more stories about missing children, murders, and disappearances in Applewood, and nothing alarmed Aaron more than the growing numbers arising every day, but to be honest, it also thrilled him. As guilty as he felt about it, he also felt like this was his chance to shine as a reporter and uncover what’s been going on in this town. One can only hope that Aaron using caution and doesn’t let his ambitions kill him first.
