Redondo Beach, California, is a small city located in the South Bay, near Las Angeles. It's a mostly residential area, with beautiful beaches, a pier filled with fun little shops, a rather large high school, land-wise, and two malls close by. Recently, to the irritation of the locals, a college was erected close to the beach: California State University of Redondo Beach. To outsiders, this city looks just like those around it, nothing special, but in reality, most of the community is keeping some sort of dark secret. Redondo is filled with preternatural creatures, of all sorts. Vampires, were-animals, witches, angels, demons, fairies, and none of them are all that happy with the college. There are more people than ever in the city, now that it's a college town, and some of the humans are getting suspicious. Can the preternatural creatures keep their secret, or will the humans discover what's really going on?
